Cancelling an Order Prior to Shipment

Most orders are shipped within 4 to 6 business days. We send you an e-mail once your order has been shipped by Comphy Co. If you wish to cancel an order prior to shipment please call us at 503-747-2345. We will contact Comphy Co. to see if shipment can be stopped and , if so, we will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase less a $10 order processing charge. The refund will be applied back to the original credit card used to pay for the order.   If the shipment cannot be stopped, the Return Policy below will apply.

Returning an Order

You may return most eligable, new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund (one (1) year for defective items). There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns not related to a product defect. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before returning or sending any items back to us. If an item is recieved without an RMA, no refund will be issued and the items will not be returned to you. All returns are subject to approval by us.

Eligible Items:

A.   Any item that is defective in either sewing or fabric within one year of receipt by customer and approved for return by Comphy Co.

B.   Any item that has not been removed from its original wrapping

C.   Any regular (not custom-made) item

Non-Eligible Items:

A.    Sheets and/or pillowcases are not eligible for return if they have been used.  Under health and hygiene 
        regulations these products cannot be resold.

B.    Custom-made items

C.    Items used in a manner for which they were not intended

Reimbursement Policy

If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay the return shipping cost.

If the return is NOT the result of an error on our part, you will need to pay the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking charge.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Comphy Co. to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Comphy Co. to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process the credit card refund.

Return Procedure

To return an item simply login into your account and view the order using the "Order History" link on the My Account page. Then click the "View" button for the order with an item that you want to return. On the Order Information page, put a check mark in the box to the left of the product name for every item you want to return. Then click on the "Choose Action" drop down box located unter the Order Total and select "Return Products". Complete all of the fields on this page and click the "Continue" button.

If you checked out as a guest and did NOT create an Account, please Click Here to request and RMA. 

We will email you with the RMA and instructions on where to ship the items as soon as we recieve your request. Unless previously agreed, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
